Conviction hero, scripture anchor, community section, two-paths interactive, wall of witness, closing invitation.
Every feature you asked for is built.
Mentors and mentees can be invited, paired, and scheduled. Meetings carry notes and action items, and every party is emailed when something moves. The library is now stocked and open, which was the last piece of build work. What remains is testing, your review, and launch.
Pages you can open and test today
Every address below is live. Open one in a new tab, or use the copy control to take the link with you.
Public site, ten pages
Mission and vision, voices from Vinethoughts, the founder, the publication, team masthead, Family Meeting invitation.
The four programs you run, each with its cadence and audience, followed by the twelve-week arc and the promises both sides make.
The path from signing up to being paired, a numbered process on dark teal, and a sticky question and answer rail.
Featured publication, the six library categories, and the invitation to join. The library itself fills once uploads begin.
The founder, the board of five, six team leads, administration, and the mentor roster. People who serve twice appear once.
Bales of Mercy and Divine Offspring, told with your own photographs rather than stock imagery.
Organisations standing with Toolvine, managed from the admin console. Two sample rows are in place until you send the real list.
Four ways in: mentor, be mentored, partner, or donate. Every submission lands in the admin console with a status you can work through.
A form that files itself into the admin console, beside your direct lines and social accounts.
Members area
These need a sign-in. Section 02 walks you through getting into the administrator account, after which all four are reachable from the sidebar.
Different for each role. An administrator sees platform counts, pending actions, recent activity, and site insights. A mentor sees their mentees and their next sessions. A mentee sees their mentor and what has been asked of them.
Upcoming, past, and cancelled. Schedule, move, cancel, or mark a session complete. Open one to see the record: who, when, where, the notes, and the follow-ups.
Reading, links, and videos gathered by your team, filed under seven chapters. Everyone browses and searches. A member who told us what they are working on gets a For you shelf that shows only those chapters.
Assign a mentor to a mentee, move a mentee to a different mentor, or end a pairing. Nothing is deleted, so every past relationship stays on the record.
Send someone a personal link. They sign up without proving their email again, and arrive already holding the role you intended. Paste a whole list at once when you are ready to open the doors.
For your review and sign-off
Thirteen sections covering the NDPA and the GDPR. Who holds the data, retention, and the rights of every member.
Thirteen sections covering platform use, account responsibilities, content, termination, and jurisdiction.
Eight sections covering safeguarding, the mentor and mentee dynamic, and financial and romantic boundaries.
Signing in as administrator
The account [email protected] is created and active.
Vincent shares the Zoho mailbox credentials directly. Once you can read mail at that address, the
platform sign-in is a single password reset.
-
1Open the Zoho mailbox
The credentials go to the founder's Gmail address. Sign in to Zoho Mail and you are prompted to set your own password on first login.
Open Zoho Mail -
2Go to the Toolvine sign-in
Open the sign-in page and choose "Forgot your password" below the form.
Open Toolvine sign-in -
3Enter
[email protected]Submit the form. A reset link is sent to that address, and it lands in the Zoho inbox you just opened.
-
4Open the link, set your password
Choose a new password and sign in. You land on the administrator dashboard with full access to every surface in section 01.
Email infrastructure
Five branded addresses live on Zoho Mail. Four are aliases routing into the primary inbox, so there is only one place to check.
[email protected] as its reply address, so a mentee who answers
a meeting notification reaches your inbox rather than a bounce.
Phases one to four, complete
Every line below is quoted from the timeline agreed in the Statement of Work, ticked against what is now live on the platform. Four of the five phases are done.
Phase 1, foundation and setup
Phase 2, user accounts and dashboards
Phase 3, mentoring features
Phase 4, resources and notifications
Built beyond the agreement
None of the following appears in the Statement of Work. Each was built because the platform is better with it, at no change to the agreed fee.
- Invitations. A personal link that carries the role you intended, so an invited mentor arrives as a mentor without you promoting them by hand.
- Guided onboarding. A three-step intake covering contact details, what someone wants guidance on, and where to find them online.
- Branded email verification. Confirmation email in your own livery rather than a generic system message.
- Role approval. Someone asks to mentor, an administrator approves or declines, and the person is told either way in a considerate email.
- Activity log. Every administrative action recorded with who did it, to whom, and when.
- Visitor insights. Page views, popular routes, and devices, measured without handing your visitors to a third party.
- Deactivation. Switch someone off and they are signed out everywhere within seconds, with their history untouched.
- Installable app. Members can add Toolvine to a phone home screen and open it like any other app.
- Four extra public pages. Team, Outreach, Partners, and Get involved, none of which were in the agreed seven.
- Community guidelines. A third legal page covering safeguarding, written because a mentoring platform needs one.
- Partners management. Add an organisation, upload its logo, and it appears on the public page.
- A resource in more than one chapter. A talk about money and faith sits under both, so it is found by whoever goes looking for either.
- A shelf for each person. Members told us what they are working on at sign-up. The library uses it, and shows them those chapters first.
- Vinethoughts, published openly. Every issue readable from the public site with no account, and the newest one named in the footer of every page. It updates itself when you publish the next.
- Verse of the week. A scripture band on the member dashboard, editable by you, that hides itself rather than going stale.
Phase five
Building is finished. What is left is proving it works, hearing from you, and opening the doors.
Payment milestones
Three milestones per the Statement of Work. The triggers are written there; this surface reflects current state.
-
1First payment₦626,370Trigger: to commence the project.Received 28 May 2026. Project commenced 1 June.
-
2Second payment₦425,000Trigger: when core features are ready.Received 29 July 2026. The mentoring engine it funded is now built.
-
3Final payment₦255,000Trigger: before launch, after review and approval. Not yet due. It becomes due once you have reviewed the platform and approved it, which is step 01 in the section above and the only thing now standing between here and launch.
About the brand mark
A note on what you see today and where your official logo lands as the build closes.
The two-leaf mark across the site is the working brand. It carries the design system without holding development up on logo iterations.
Your official Toolvine Mentors and Leaders Initiative logo goes onto every message the platform sends, welcome through meeting notification, as we review the email surfaces together during testing.
Your official logo appears in defined sections of the public site at final delivery, with the working mark retained where it serves the design system.
What we still need from you
None of these stop the build. They are what turns a working platform into your platform, and the first three are the ones that shape launch.
Names, email addresses, and whether each person is joining to mentor or to be mentored. Invitations are ready to send the moment the list arrives.
The highest resolution version you hold, ideally the original design file. A clear photograph of print material is better than nothing.
The Terms currently name the courts of Lagos State. The initiative is headquartered in Ibadan, Oyo State. This is your call, not ours, and it is a one-line change either way.
Asked for on 29 July. The About page currently carries wording drafted by us, which we would rather replace with yours.
Some have arrived, several have not. Anyone still missing appears as their initials, which works but is not what we want at launch. A phone photograph against a plain wall is fine.
More from past meetings, retreats, and outreach. The Outreach page is running on the set you sent, and a wider selection would let us use them across Home and About too.
Names and logos of organisations standing with you. Two sample rows sit on the Partners page until real ones replace them.
Date, time, and whether it is online or in person, for the invitation on the Home page.
Recent updates
Most recent first. This is where to check back as the build moves.
-
The library is open.
Files, links, and videos across seven chapters, with a resource able to sit in more than one so nothing is filed where nobody will look. Members who told us what they are working on see those chapters first. Vinethoughts is now published openly on the website, readable without an account, with the newest issue named in the footer of every page. That completes every feature named in the agreement.
-
The mentoring engine is built.
Invitations, pairings, meetings, mentor notes, and action items, all tested end to end against real accounts. A mentor can now invite nobody by accident, pair nobody twice, and lose nothing when a meeting moves. The privacy of mentor notes was tested from a real mentee account and holds at the database.
-
Partners, donations, and the team page.
Partners built end to end with logo upload and a public page. Get involved gained a donation path. The team page rebuilt around the board of five, six teams, and administration, so a person serving twice appears once.
-
Second review received and applied.
Your 29 July notes worked through alongside the Second Payment. Programs reframed around the four programs you actually run. About gained its mission and vision section.
-
First review applied. Three new pages.
Polish across the site from your 20 July notes, plus Get involved, Team, and Outreach added as new public pages. The name settled to Toolvine in one casing throughout.
-
This status page, and an installable app.
The page you are reading, published on its own address. Members can now add Toolvine to a phone home screen and open it like a normal app.
-
Administrator console finished.
Four console pages live: members with attention groupings and a detail panel, submissions with statuses, the activity log, and site insights.
-
Members page and role decisions.
Profile editing shipped. The mentee dashboard gained its mentor card. Administrators can approve or revoke a mentor role, and the person is emailed either way.
-
Onboarding and email verification.
A three-step intake with a single save at the end, and branded email confirmation replacing the generic system message. Welcome email follows onboarding.
-
Authentication sealed.
Sign in, sign up, password reset, sign-in links, and the return path from an email. Six system email templates rebuilt in your livery.
-
Marketing site complete. Legal pages live.
Programs, How it works, Resources, and Contact shipped. Three legal pages drafted: Privacy, Terms, and Community guidelines, on a shared layout with a sticky contents rail.
-
Home page finished.
Eight sections, from the opening conviction through the two-paths interactive and the wall of witness to the closing invitation.
-
Project commencement.
Statement of Work signed and First Payment received. Domain registered. Hosting, database, email, and DNS all provisioned in your name.
